We thought we should give you all a little bit more info on us, in case you’re wondering what it is that we do?? 🤔 : 🌟Well, besides running an informative and dynamic IG account 😜😂 full of recipes, workouts, health tips & tricks... we are an exercise physiologist and personal trainer who are passionate about all things ‘women’s health’! We are Brisbane-based sisters and run group and one-on-one personal training sessions; :: 🌟we love working with all women, but also specialize in pregnant and post natal clients to help them navigate a strong & healthy pregnancy then find their way back to strength and fitness, post-baby. :: 🌟Not in Brisbane? Did you know we do Skype consults for anyone we can’t meet with face-to-face? Well... now you know! If you’re outside the BRISBANE area - this could be just what you’re looking for! :: 🌟We are obsessed with the Core and if we haven’t chewed your ear off already about the importance of a functional and strong core, relax - we will! We run a progressive & structured Core Restore program, specifically aimed at improved strength, functionality and stability of this powerhouse. We also run a tailored CR program, just for runners and those returning to running. :: 🌟We love providing nutritious but delicious recipes and easy ‘hacks’ in the kitchen and truly believe that it is vital to KISS in the kitchen... 💋 Ha ha, no- we mean just Keep It Simple, Sister! Who has time for complicated and labour-intensive meals?
